Travelling down to Sussex to see the family
Having a lovely day with Clive and Shireen and mum and dad, chilling, chatting and lovely dinner!
A gorgous Roast Lamb a la mama.
Being waited on hand and foot, and trying to serve parents too!
Laughing til i cried with my mum at some tragic old photos - WHY DID NO-ONE TELL US WHAT WE LOOKED LIKE IN THE 80's and 90's!!
A friend letting me know they googled me and there is actually ANOTHER Pippa Perkins!!! WHAT!!! I wonder if she married into the name or had it from birth! Evidently she is a key member of the Asian group cat society...ok!
Finding mum and dad's church not as dire as had expected, good visiting speaker who exalted Christ. The way the church look after one another practically.
The train back being all mucked up so having to stay another night, only to find brilliant sunday night TV, deal or no deal, and our 2 fave films - school of rock and Zoolander! Yes! Also means able to have another shower before return to broken dangerous shower of death at home!
The cool but sad noise and news of the firework factory fire down the road!
